Vice President Strategy and Business Development

Alisha Nathoo joined Wilsonart® Engineered Surfaces in August 2024 and serves as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Alisha is responsible for mergers, acquisitions, alliances, other inorganic growth efforts, and strategic planning for the global enterprise. Prior to Wilsonart, Alisha held senior strategy, transformation, and corporate development roles at several leading organizations, including NRG, Boston Consulting Group, and Goldman Sachs. Alisha has extensive experience in strategy and corporate development focused on growth and performance improvement. Alisha graduated from Rice University with a degree in Economics and Managerial Studies and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
